Next, they will develop a personalized training program for you to follow, and then monitor your progress. Our team trainers are certified in a variety of specialized areas and carefully matched with a client to ensure a great rapport and maximum results.

Norman and Blake’s experience and innate ability to determine a client’s needs allows them to create a customized, goal oriented and hands on approach to getting fit where clients don’t feel like a number or a sale. With this customized approach clients are more motivated, engaged and see early results that will continue on.
Blake Mighton is a skilled trainer with over three years of experience and is CanFit Pro Certified.
Growing up, Blake was always the smallest in his grade, often getting picked on until he decided to make a change and started working out with a new friend, Norman. After their first few workouts together, he realized that they have very similar goals and aspirations when it came to training. Norman became one of his closest friends and an amazing workout partner who still pushes him to this day.
Blake is seriously dedicated to fitness and a healthy lifestyle and offers personalized training and Bootcamp classes.
